Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Situated in a lush Beachwood Villas community, this 3BR/2BA can sleep upto eight, just a breezy stroll from the sugar-white sands of the gulf.

Beachwood Villas is a tropically landscaped, low-rise complex on Hwy 30A in Seagrove Beach. Complex amenities include 2 Pools (one seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, kids play area, and multiple grilling and picnic spots! Also, many local area eateries such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, and Dough Sea Dough Donuts are nearby- not to mention, Seaside is a short 1.5-mile drive or bike ride away!

The property is nice, the pools are great, and it’s a short commute to the beach. But the dryer wasn’t usable in the unit. The host said she knew it was broken but she never notified us to that fact. We figured it out on our own at the beginning of our stay and had to deal with the inconvenience for the entire week. She took no action to fix the appliance or reimburse us. Also, the villas use a sprinkling system that’s hooked up to some sort of recycled septic water that has a very strong foul odor. If you’re wanting to drink your morning coffee on the patio, the smell is off putting to say the least.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Needs to be remodeled. The place was not properly cleaned. We had to wash our own sheets due to hairs & other suspicious things! If you’re looking for place to stay I def don’t recommend

A couple of things: in general, property is pretty dirty and needs a good cleaning and some repairs, washer/dryer did not work very well, the pool near property was never cleaned (we ended up cleaning it one day), if you go to beach, expect an argument w/ adjacent property security. Between them and local umbrella vendors, it is a battle for every square inch of beach space. It is getting a little out of control. Michael
