Surf City Swell Beach House
Part beach bungalow, part surf shack, but all cozy 4-bedroom beach cottage. A mid-century modern inspired house. Bedrooms 1, 2, 4 have comfy queen beds, fresh linens, and fluffy towels. Bedroom 3 has (2) comfy twin beds, fresh linens and fluffy towels. Beds will be made for your arrival. The 4th bedroom on the lower floor has its own private entrance. The house has an open concept living/ dining room that opens up to the covered back deck. The lower deck features a seating area with fire pit and outdoor shower.

Your host
We are a family who loves the beach and Topsail Island. We're excited to share a little of what we love with your family on your trip to the beach. We've been traveling to the Outer Banks and the NC coast since the early 80's. We've called Topsail Island our 2nd home since 2012.

We're a family of designers - architects and event design specifically, so we've put a lot of thought and care into the room layouts, decor choices, and amenities offered (hello - fresh towels and beds made for your arrival).
