Beautiful penthouse townhouse provides an awesome panoramic view of the main channel of the lake from the master bedroom and living room. Regatta Bay is an upscale area in an extremely peaceful setting, making it the perfect location for a weekend getaway, or an extended stay for your family and friends. There is an abundance of green space and animal life. Deer, wild turkey, blue herons and eagles are common sightings in the area.

This spacious townhouse sleeps 8 comfortably: The spacious master bedroom has a new king size bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress outfitted with all new bedding, and walk in closet. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with two twin beds, and all new bedding throughout. The living area has a new leather loveseat and sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows are provided for your convenience.

The interior of this upscale unit has all new upscale furniture, new neutral paint, new carpet, and new appliances. The new air conditioner will keep you cool with the summer heat. The kitchen is fully equipped has a coffee maker, Belgium waffle maker, wok, wineglasses, shish kabob skewers, etc.

Enjoy indoor dining at the bar with seating for 6 or outdoor dining on the deck. The deck is equipped with a bar height table with seating for 8 and a spectacular view of the lake. The sights of beautiful landscaping and boats on the water during daylight hours turn to an amazing show of light after dark.

There is a strict noise ordinance at the complex. If you cause Security to be called during the overnight quiet time, you will charged for the $100 citation.

Your choice of recreation is endless in this area. There are 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, picnic areas and basketball courts, and plenty of fishing. There are championship golf courses and mini golf courses just a short drive away. Many excellent dining establishments are available nearby. If shopping is your pleasure, the Premium Outlet Mall, Evergreen and Bagnell Dam strip malls are just a short drive away.

The complex has a noise ordinance that must be followed. The citation is $100 if security is called during quiet time,.

Convenient location, great pool, clean place. Communicated easily we with owner about a couple issues to my satisfaction. Left on a Sun morning at 10:00. Traffic was bad, but it was the Fourth of July weekend.

Check in was ok. There were some cleanliness issues with the property, the host was not very responsive so we went through VRBO and asked for it to be cleaned again. Porch was filthy but they did clean it. Unfortunately we just kept finding issues - broken TV, filthy grill, very dusty rooms. We left early and asked for our money back but again the host was unresponsive. VRBO got us one day back. I would not recommend. View was pretty and beds were nice.

I have been asked by the owner to respond to this as i was the one called to correct all of her guests concerns. I have owned and operated a cleaning business for nearly 10 years, I have done business with Debra for many years and this was the first time that she requested that I personally immediately travel 3 hours each way to handle or oversee a cleaning ,as her local cleaner had retired only a week prior. After accepting the job I was provided a list of her guests concerns. This list included cleaning a sliding glass patio door, 2 outdoor patio tables and outdoor mat that covers the entire deck. Her requests for the inside consisted of dusting the top of a refrigerator and sweeping underneath the beds .Upon arrival I quickly determined that one side of the sliding glass door had some moisture that was inside the glass panels themselves, so that was something that I couldn't help with as that will require replacement of the door. After informing Debra, she asked me to go ahead and clean all doors windows and mirrors and although I found them to be clean I went ahead and did that per her request. Next I moved on to the refrigerator which I dusted, Next I went to the bedrooms and although I saw no visible debris, I swept under not only under all the beds but every inch of carpet. That completed the inside requests, so i moved onto the deck and the outdoor tables. I started with the tables and chairs and then cleaned and dried the entire portion of the outdoor mat by hand. It is my opinion that items that are used and kept outside are subject to a lot of different weather conditions so as I told Debra I can not give a guarantee that these will still be to their satisfaction for the length of their stay. after completing every item of concern plus more I felt very confident in the fact that her guests would be satisfied and I returned home.

Just okay

The condo was fine for what we needed - but it could use a few updates. Replacing the carpets and upgrades to smart TVs would go a long way. The seal on the refrigerator is also pulling away, so we had a hard time keeping things cold. We loved the few from the deck and the pool was great!

Great Find at the Lake

This condo was fantastic. If you have ever searched for a rental at the Lake, you know the choices are endless. We were lucky to have found this one. It was everything promised and more. Debra has gone out of her way to make the property comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed was there. Many times, the beds are the challenge when renting, but this one was wonderfully comfortable. We didnt use the loft, but I think kids would love it. All in all a great rental. We are excited to have found a "go to" rental at the Lake.

Great Place

Three of us came down for my stepson's bachelor party. There were 30 guys all together. The young guys stayed in a house 2 miles away from us. The dads of the group stayed in this great place to get away from all the ruckus at night. It was nice to come home to a quiet and relaxing place and sit on the patio to enjoy the awesome views

A perfect getaway!

My two kids ages 12 and 14 wanted to go somewhere new for Spring break so we chose Lake of the Ozarks. We have never been here before and this rental was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was clean, in a great location, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the deck with tons of sunshine and great views. We would definitely return!!

Beautiful place for whatever you need

We stayed 10 days for a church conference the place was very nice we had an elderly couple and us with our two girls and our grandchild the accommodations were very suited to our needs. Anytime I needed to message Deb she responded immediately I would recommend this place for anybody for short term or long term stay

Fall vacation

We decided last minute to take a weeks vacation at Lake of the Ozarks prior to a family wedding in MO. We found this unit to meet all our needs. There is no elevator so getting our luggage up the stairs was a bit challenging. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and provided info about where to rent a boat. The unit was clean, generously stocked, and has a great view. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice property. Had everything we needed (but we didn't cook). Needs better TV service. Sliding door wouldn't lock, but 4th floor so not a safety issue for us. Small couch very uncomfortable.

Amazing View

This property has the most amazing view. The condo itself is really nice and a great location on Horseshoe Bend. Other than a light fixture that would not work my stay was perfect. Would rent this condo again.

Why they chose this property

We walked into this townhouse and fell in love with the awesome view immediately. The living room and master bedroom both have a glass wall overlooking the water. The lighting at night is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoy awakening to the sounds of the birds.

What makes this property unique

Wonderful lakefront water view accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen includes wok, Belgium waffle maker, coffee maker, and outside gas BBQ grill. Sundeck seating for 10 with bar height tables and chairs. New a/c keeps the place cool and ceiling fans work great.
