Escape to this house in picturesque Winter Haven. This phenomenal property features 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a jetted bathtub. Additionally, there is a sunroom with a futon for extra comfort. This house is situated between two lakes that are excellent for kayaking. There is a fenced in back yard and this is in a quiet neighborhood. This is my home. When you aren't here, I live here. This is not an empty house just for renting. There are many personal items and furnishings. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

I am from NC and moved to Winter Haven for work. That company closed its doors and I have to spend most of my time away from this place I love with my new job. I am opening my home to others to cover the expenses.

I love this neighborhood and all the neighbors have made it home. They are wonderful and it is not unusual to see everyone standing in the street catching up with each other.
