Large kitchen with high-end appliances, washer/dryer and large open-concept living/dining area. The pièce de résistance, a floating fireplace that rotates 360 degrees in the center of the living room sourced from Europe. Every inch of the home has been well-thought out from the oversized master bathroom to the position of windows to allow maximum light. Enjoy this delightful home close to Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey and less than an hour from Mackinac Island.
