Pottsboro Stay

This is the second year in a row we’ve rented this property and our stay was excellent both times. The house matches the description. The property manager is proactive and highly responsive. The 4 bathrooms are awesome. Highly recommend.

Fun Family Spot

We had a great stay here. The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. We had 4 adults and 3 children and everyone was accommodated nicely, nice proximity to the lake and not far to the grocery store. We would definitely recommend this place! Alissa and Alan were both great to communicate with, and we loved the check in and check out time flexibility!

Stripper Fishing Trip

This was a fishing trip where we caught fish and enjoyed a new area. We picked this home because it was away from the crowds and with a hot tub provided a nice relaxation at the end of the day. The back deck was nice for visiting while looking at maps and planning the next days fishing.

5 STARS!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! This was a beautiful place to stay. The house was absolutely beautiful and set up so well. The pond was beautiful, we had fun fishing. The hot tub was nice in the porch. A very cozy place to stay and not have to leave. There is store close.

Everything was as advertised. Communication was timely. Check in was easy. The only quibble I had was the hot tub didn’t really get hot. Comfortable beds. Great water temp and pressure. Outdoor spaces were as much of a draw as the interior spaces

Beautiful, clean home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The pictures don't represent how beautiful it really is! Four comfortable bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms provided perfect accommodations for our family of five. We took advantage of everything: well -appointed kitchen, wine fridge, deck, grill, hot tub, gazebo, fishing pond (caught some nice catfish), cable tv, etc. We had a small family reunion with approximately 20 people at the house and had plenty of space to enjoy. I highly recommend this property!

Doesn't feel as a lake house

The house is very good inside, it was clean and very comfortable. They have everything that you need there to cook. The room and beds are comfortable. But the house is located in a busy intersection where trucks and buses cross all the time, kind of noisy and doesn't make you feel you are in the country. So from the backyard you can see the street and all the cars driving.

Wonderful disconnect from the Big D

We were looking for a weekend trip with family and friends that was less than a 2hr drive from Dallas. The house kept up nicely, came with a fully stocked kitchen including not just pots and pans, but blender, coffee maker, strainers, really everything we needed to cook our meals at home. The property was lovely with the outdoor firepit area, the pond, and the hot tub. There's a General Store right across the street which is handy if you need something quickly and it's fully stocked even has a grill available for burgers, pizza, etc. We loved and really enjoyed this property.

The home was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pond wasn’t what we expected but it was still nice to look at. The chairs around the firepit were a bit weathered and cracked when sitting in them, we took our own and sat in them by the fire. The home is spacious and beautiful on the inside and the hot tub was a huge hit! My family and I would definitely stay here again! The manager was super helpful! Great experience

AMAZING !!!!

We rented this home as well as the guest house on the adjacent property for a family reunion weekend. The homes have been completely remodeled and are impeccable. The layout of the main house is great for larger groups because it has a bar area in the laundry room to store extra food items or supplies. It also has great gathering and eating space. The owners have thought of everything you'll need for a relaxing, fun time. There is also a beautiful back yard area with a pond that gave our family much enjoyment watching the kids (and adults) fish. We grilled out both nights and sat around outside on the large deck visiting. It was just a short drive to the marina for a day out on the lake. The owner and the property manager were both very friendly and easy to work with too. Our family doesn't get a chance to get together very often, but everyone loved the place so much that we've designated it our yearly family reunion locale! Can't wait for next year!!

Excellent for groups!

We loved the spaciousness of the house, the fire pit was great and even stacked with wood ready to go. Used the grill, it was clean and full of propane. The pond was cool. Kitchen had enough pans and utensils. Loved the outside lights. The hot tub was clean and ready for use. It was prefect for a weekend getaway with friends. They were gracious enough to let us check in early.
