Clean house in a good location for our purposes. Given ours was a 6-week stay, we felt the furniture was conducive more to esthetics than comfort, although upon our request he brought in a small recliner. The clothes dryer was not working when we got there, and it took a disappointing 4 weeks to get repaired.

I think you forgot to mention, we had a appliance tech there trying to fix it and order replacement parts. During the wait you declined our offer to have laundry service done picked up, cleaned, folded, and delivered. Also we gave you a $200 weekly credit and extra free night stay when you asked to extend as a courtesy without you even asking for any credit.
