Your Bolivar Peninsula getaway starts at this fabulous 1-bedroom house. The cozy bedroom features a king bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Enjoy the awesome living room with 2 twin beds for extra guests. With amenities like a hair dryer, heating, and AC, you'll feel right at home. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Sleeps 4. The area under the house makes entertaining a pleasure. After a day at the beach use the shower below the house to wash sand off. Has a fenced yard and wonderful exterior furniture. House completed Jan 2022
