Confusion with reservation. Book Kong room in main building online. Then got a call that room not available. But had King in carriage house. Sent room to approve which I did. Then got told 2rd group will have other room & we’d be sharing living/kitchen area. OkArrived & two staff members confirm our room. We went to room to find 2 double beds? Not room a greed to but tired & just accept it did dinner & bed. Figure other group had other room 2nd day in room & two ladies did knock but said they had both room with key to 14 & 15???Then got call from staff saying I was in wrong room & would we move? Really! Was my response 2 staff confirm this room now you get people key to both rooms? We reluctantly agreed to move & started but not happy. Then lady tell us don’t move we are getting 2nd bed don’t moveThen 2nd call to inform me don’t need to move. Don’t recall an apology or offer to compensate fie their mistake. Price was good but not I’m ok impressed with the handling overall situation. Whole time sort of placing blame on us.
