Take city trash can to the top of the hill please. Put all trash in bags. Our neighbors all live here please be considerate of noise, no loud music, quiet hours, 10:00 pm to 7:30 am.
Cigarette butts on porch or ground will result in a $75.00 paid to house keeper.
Pick up and dispose of dog waste, if landscaping charges us we will pass it on to you, thanks for being considerate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping.
No unregistered guests.
