Newly Renovated 1 bedroom condo in Cocoa Beach.

For a quick get-away or a longer break, our condo is just one block from the beach access and the perfect spot to chillax and renew. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 persons with 1 Queen Bed and a convertible sofa. Pack-N-Play available upon request for small children. Central air, ceiling fans and a washer/dryer in the unit.

Located downtown Cocoa Beach near restaurants, library, and most importantly, the beach. Also, only 30 min from Kennedy Space Center and an hour from Orlando Airport and the world class attractions there. Visit Disney or Universal, but, stay at the beach.

Petra had everything we could have needed for our beach vacation! Great location and a few minutes walk to the beach. Our family had a wonderful time! Will definitely keep in mind for our next outing!

Loved this property! In a quiet neighborhood. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. The condo was very well-furnished. Would definitely return!

The only issue for me is the parking. You park directly in front of your unit and there is a small wall there that prevents you from opening your car door fully

great little place to stay

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights in January and it was exactly as advertised. The price was good and we had everything we needed for our stay that was advertised. It was perfect for a couple to stay at for a week, or even a small family. We would defiantly stay again!

Many ants, beware

There was 100s of ants in the kitchen which then migrated to our suitcases, which was absolutely terrible as we stayed prior to boarding a cruise ship. I have still been finding little ants on my bag. Not fun
