Staff reached out preemptively and the place was very clean. Would recommend clearer instruction on where to put dirty linens and towels - and recommend changing the thermostat to something cooler - the air was a bit stale and humid when we walked in. Other than that, good stay.

This trip was a delightful get away. My friend got married in downtown Cocoa so my fiancé and I decided to book this place to prevent a night time drive to Daytona. This place is tucked away and perfect for an inexpensive get away. The room entry was flawless and all of our needs were there. I was especially excited about the coffee maker. The bathroom was clean as well as the bedroom. There are plenty of on-site amenities like chairs and a grill that truly turn this stay into a home.

Pros: The apartment was very nice & clean overall. Equipped everything we needed. Loved the location. Cons & suggestions: The only thing I would add would be a shelf in the bathroom for personal items. Also, the shower could use a little more cleaning around the edges and maybe a piece of trim in front of the shower. After paying almost $100 in added fees when we booked through Hotels.com we then were forced to pay a $60 damage fee from BeachVacation rentals. :(

This was one of the nicest units I have stayed in. Very peaceful. I found this unit very last minute but the manager was still very accommodating and got us in smoothly. The beach is across the road but worth every step.

We just had a rough time here. They were 3 of us we noted on our reservation and the unit we picked said it sleeps 3 and it did not do one of slept on an small uncomfortable couch

We were locked out on the first night. The code of the lock didn't work. After I talked with the guest service by phone, we got the real key. But we had to try many time to make it work. Because the kye was not good one. Unfortunately it was very cold night and we staied out side more than 20 min. Small many ants were on the kitchen counter, and I cleaned them out. In the direction, I have to put dirty dishes in the dish washer , but there is not one. So I washed all dirty dishes by hand. My friend staied in other unit(4) and he tald me that the light swich in the living room didn't work and floor didn't look like sweeped.
