I was unaware it was a duplex, so we were very confused on how to get in and where to use the code when we arrived. The hot water would run out fast if the guest in the other half were showering at or around the same time. There was no hand soap, no hand towels, no batteries in any of the remotes except one. I blew a fuse with the hairdryer, and the owner was quick to reply and assist. But when I changed my trip by one day, It was a fine place to sleep, but not sure how a long term stay would be.

On the surface, the place was great. I would have given it a 5 star. however, when the temperature dropped and we discovered there was no heat, we decided to use the oven for heat. When we opened the oven we found old an pizza box with mold and the bedding for the couch bed was just balled up in the cabinet, so we don't even know if the place was actually cleaned. And then, while we were out, we had put some stuff in the washer and left our laundry stuff in the laundry room ( in the unit) and came back to our soap and stuff being gone. Now, I won't tell you not to rent here, as the place is super cute and the location is great. But the property management needs to do better.
