Yes our dog enjoyed her stay also. You have such a beautiful spot! Everything in the cabin was just as we expected. The location was perfect. Going to Idyllwild and the surrounding parks and lakes were easily accessible. It was the perfect getaway for us getting out of the Arizona heat. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We were lucky to find this beautiful place when the weather turned and camping was no longer an option. Our host was very accomodating and was able to allow us to check in early to a very clean, spacious private cabin that is more like a light house, with amazing views in the Pine Cove area. Wonderful 5 star stay!

The Lighthouse was perfect for our family. The cabin is located up the road on a quiet spot. The place does have a feel of a lighthouse. It had everything we need for our 3 night stay. When we arrived, the place was clean with no pet hair, which was one of our request. The Lighthouse had all the kitchen and bath items we needed. When we went out to eat, the location was close to town. The family liked seating out on the porch and looked out at the stars at night. The Lighthouse was the right size for our small family. It can accommodate up to six but would be more comfortable with a family that’s four under. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

My husband, our dog, and I stayed at Paul’s place for two nights over the Thanksgiving holiday, and we had a wonderful experience. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable for all three of us. We loved the charming lighthouse-style design and the stunning views of the mountains, trees, birds, and both sunrise and sunset.Our dog especially enjoyed exploring the upstairs balcony and the fenced area downstairs. We wanted to get away for the weekend and this place was perfect! This property was clean, cozy, relaxing, and had everything we needed. We spent New Year’s Eve in the lighthouse. Three nights total, unfortunately, it rained the whole time so we were stuck inside… However, the house had everything we needed there. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO‘s and this one was definitely well equipped with everything we needed. We definitely got our exercise going up and down the stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom! The bed was very comfortable too. When the clouds cleared a little bit, we could see down into the flat land… It was a beautiful view out all of the picturesque windows, you feel like you are in the tree tops. everything worked well, and we would definitely book this quaint lil lighthouse again!

I bought this cabin about four years ago to enjoy with my family. A couple years ago I decided to share with others as well. It’s a very special place. I’m sure you’ll love it.

The property is located on a private road at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has 10 sides which I believe resembles a lighthouse. We created a lighthouse theme inside for fun.
