Located in Guyton, this farmhouse is a dream. With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property boasts heating, AC, and a game room for guests to enjoy. We look forward to hosting you at our place. The master and 2 full bathrooms downstairs, upstairs is a full bath and bedroom and a game room with a queen pull out couch bed. The downstairs study can be converted to a bedroom with a queen air mattress provided. (This house has stairs and is not designed handicap accessible).

House was charming and very clean. It has a warm and welcoming aesthetic. We felt safe and secure on the premises. It does have stairs that may pose an issue for guests that aren’t comfortable with climbing stairs which was our experience traveling with elderly parents. Overall it was a well maintained and clean house & property.

The host was wonderful. He was quick and kind with his responses. The house and property were so clean and perfect for a nice retreat. We were thankful that the property was pet friendly. The fully-fenced property was perfect for pets. We also enjoyed the farmhouse feel. It’s right off the main road but feels like you are away from the world. We hope to stay there again when we come into the area to visit family or go to Savannah for fun. Thank you so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming, renovated farmhouse. The owner was very receptive and communication was very good. The home is decorated well. We especially enjoyed the high ceilings. Although the weather turned a bit cold, we were still able to enjoy the large wrap around porch. We will definitely return to this farmhouse when we visit our family in Rincon.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is truly a farmhouse with beautiful updates that make it feel like home away from home. Very cozy and plenty of space for a small family. Upstairs bonus/Playroom was a huge hit for my granddaughter. Beds are very comfortable and clean. This home is decorated well, minimalist with all the necessities. All the white linens and light colored furnishings show just how clean and well kept this home is. The host is very helpful and friendly. We had a small setback upon arrival that was handled professionally and promptly. Nothing anyone could have prevented. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area. We were in town for a wedding, finding a place to stay in this area was challenging. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
