Perfect Mountain Getaway! This home has everything you need to enjoy your Pocono Mountain getaway. Located in amenity filled Towamensing Trails. This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is near many Pocono Mountain attractions such as Major Ski Resorts (Jack Frost and Big Boulder), H2O Indoor Water Park, Hiking, Skirmish, Whitewater Rafting, Historic Jim Thorpe, Horseback Riding, Biking, Shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlets, Casinos, and so much more..!

This home features Living room with 50' TV, HD Cable, DVD, Free WiFi, Computer Desk, Kitchen and Dining Room. Perfect Game room featuring 50' TV with HD Cable, Pool Table, Foosball, Large Air Hockey Table, and Propane Fireplace. Let's not forget the outdoor Hot Tub, large deck, gas grill (must bring your own tank!) Washer and Dryer.

This Home is only a 12 Block walk from the beach on a 190 acre lake, the clubhouse is only another block away. enjoy fishing, boating, private tennis and basketball courts in the community..

Home is supplied with dishes, cookware, pillows and blankets. Please bring towels, dish towels, linens, paper products and toiletries. This home accommodates 13 guests. (Per township rules: 12 adults, rest under 2yrs old) Please do not exceed this number. ATTENTION TENANTS: The community will only issue upto 8 passes for lake and amenities!!!

This house is 12 blocks from private 190 acre lake within the development, also includes a clubhouse for dining, full bar and game room in basement for the kids, outdoor pool, beach, tennis and basketball courts also withing the community, it is near major ski resorts, and a handful of golf courses, 15 mins from Pocono race track, hiking, skirmish, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, indoor water park 10 mins away in split rock resort, 35 mins from 3 casinos, 15 mins from historical town of Jim Thorpe, pa and lots of state game land in the area for hunters. (there is no hunting within the development!) any other questions just ask!!

To clarify this guests review. She mentioned the pots/pans could be replaced. The downstairs shower had little pressure which is from minerals in water n head needs ti be removed n cleaned, easy fix n would’ve done it but no previous guest let us know or her til after stay. Toilet also kept running (everyone knows it’s only a stopper n easy fix as well) as well as the toilet paper holder was loose. Again, we do not live in homes and ask to guests to let us know during stay if they need anything or if anything gets broken, so we can fix for next guest.. still didn’t think 3 star is justified, we would’ve gladly came over to fix all these things immediately, which is said during checkin process..

Poconos Retreat

Everything was great & perfect location ~ close enough to Jim Thorpe, white water rafting and awesome restaurants. Joann (property mgr) was wonderful / our dog just loved her (think the treats she gave him helped there lol) Will definitely book Cori's properties again!

Relaxing Getaway

Loved our stay

Nice house in a quiet area. Owner and property manager very easy to communicate with. Couches and bed are very comfortable. The game room and laundry room definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Overall a great experience, will stay again if we get the chance.

Wonderful Stay

My children and I stayed at this home for 3 nights. It was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. We had a great time playing pool and air hockey. The owner and management staff are friendly and communicate quickly. There are many stores, restaurants, and things to do nearby and just a short drive away.

Nice getaway home near Poconos

Home is family and pet friendly, nice amenities including pool table, foosball and air hockey. Location and community offers more during summer with access to lake, non-motorised boats/canoes, and access to pool and community center with restaurant. Owner and property manager are excellent communicators via text and vrbo app. Recommend renting from this owner

Great family home

An absolute lovely location. We went white water rafting and did some other outdoor activities in the area. The location of the home was perfect. Close to everything. The home was a family’s dream, clean and spacious. The game room insured hours of family fun. Home was also great for animals as we brought our 2 labs and the area was great for walking them. Will absolutely look to come back.

nice home, good amenities, responsive owners. the kids enjoyed all the games. the adults enjoyed the hot tub. they left us a bottle of wine which was very nice. the check in process is more than most places we have stayed and you have to sign paperwork in person at the home but the check in lady JoAnn was nice and helpful and accommodating on the time we checked in with her.

First Time in Poconos

Great home. Great location. Loved the hot tub and the deck. The game room was great! Nice to have our dogs with us. Kitchen pots and pans and kitchen need an upgrade. I like to cook and had a difficult time finding what I needed. Overall nice relaxing vacation and close to hiking and Jim Thorpe. Will come back again.

Family Get Away

Beautiful house We stayed with our 3 older sons before our youngest goes off to college. He wanted to relive younger days when we stayed here in this community. House was perfect for older children Game room was greatly enjoyed. Perfect house to come back to after trips to Hawk Mountain and Bush Kill Falls. Even took in the recommendation of ice cream at Hog Island Creamery. Highly recommend for older group, but house is very safe for young kids. Attention to detail even on deck with locked porch door. Even a bottle of wine at welcome. Pride of ownership throughout. Beautiful home!

Expectations

The house was comfortable, and overall the stay was fine. However there were a couple of things that surprised me. Perhaps the information was in the listing, and I didn't read close enough, but there was a lot of communication necessary with the property owner in order to have our vehicles registered/permitted to be in the development. There was a form to fill out (probably requirements of the development). Completion of different requirements were time sensitive. If you rent this house, just know that you will need to communicate with the owner and property manager numerous times. Also, the owner insisted that all communication would have to be done via text in order to expedite, so very little of the communication could be done on the VRBO app. The check in process was somewhat belabored as the property manager asked for text message updates when we left home, when we were one hour from arriving, and again when we were 20 minutes away so that they could arrange their schedule to help other renters check in at other properties. This wasn't a negative experience, but my expectations were not accurate when I rented the home that so much additional communication would be required (again via text outside VRBO app). The home had good space, bedrooms to spread out, and comfortable living room. Game room was great. The kitchen had basic supplies, but guests need to bring anything they would need outside the bare essentials. We were asked to drive our garbage to central location.
