The bathrooms are stocked with both tub and shower options. Each room provides brand new memory mattresses.
Master bedroom 🛏 : Queen size bed with wall mounted lighting and storage. Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 🛏 : Queen size bed. 42` Roku TV and access to the adjacent laundry room.
Quad City Suite 🛏🛏 : Twin with Full size lower mattress bunk bed in the upper area and standard double twin bed bunk in the lower suite. Sleeps 5. This double room suite has its own bathroom with a shower 🚿.
Guest Bath 🛁 : Located off the main dining area between bedroom 2 and the quad city suite is the guest bath, equipped with shower and tub combo. All bathrooms come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
We like to give our guest space so interaction is on an as needed basis. Contactless check in is available.

Restaurants are easy to find, just a short walk down Orange Ave for some great regulars (Starbucks, Cava, Panera)or local mom-and-pop restaurants you’ll only find in SoDo.

- Scooter/E-bike rideshare is available in all of south downtown through Lime, lyft, Bird and other vendors
- On site parking is STREET PARKING ONLY. The driveway is reserved for the rear townhome.
- The home is located on a quiet street close to all major highways in the Delaney Park neighborhood.
Street parking is limited to same side of the house or by the townhomes. please DO NOT park in front of any neighbors ACROSS the street. Help us keep pur neighbors happy
The driveway is explicitly for the rear units use only. Please do not block them in as they may have your vehicle towed.

⚠️ - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. We recommend leaving them on the corner - orange avenue. Failure to do so may result in fine
⚠️ - Street ONLY PARKING. Driveway belongs to the rear unit only. Please do not block the driveway as they can tow your vehicle. If unsure, please message us.
🚫 - this hone has old bones even though has been remodeled. Please DO NOT throw away feminine hygiene products or anything other than Toilet paper down the toilets. If we require plumbers to service the home due to this, you will share the expense. Please be responsible and discard such items in the garbage.
📨 - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue.
🚗- please using street parking directly out front of the house. Any extra vehicles are `at your own risk`.
🌸 Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.
