This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath duplex offers relaxed coastal comfort, beautiful sunset sound views, and outdoor living spaces designed for easy beach days and laid-back evenings.

Start your mornings on one of two spacious decks with coffee and coastal breezes. Spend the day at the beach — just a 6-minute walk or quick bike ride — then return home to unwind in shaded seating areas beneath the deck, perfect for afternoon lounging or family game time.

Everything about this beach house is thoughtfully planned. There are 4 outdoor seating areas, a large outdoor shower, numerous beach chairs and bikes, ample linens/towels, clean bathrooms, and a beautiful well-stocked kitchen. I have visited North Topsail for 20 years, and this is one of the best properties. The closest beach access is just a 1/4 mile walk.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for the five of us. I was worried the beach might be crazy because it was 4th of July week. But it wasn’t bad and there was plenty of room to spread out we would definitely go back.

Duplex was beautifully maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. True to the listing it’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and it’s a perfect location. The owner was quick to answer any questions, very helpful. I’ll definitely be using it for future vacations.

Love the home and Eileen was so helpful prior to the stay. The home is perfectly laid out and has everything you need for a stay. Comfy beds and a great kitchen to cook in. We did not use all the Mike's or toys in the garage but could imagine a younger family being thrilled.

Our vacation was great with this rental. It had everything we needed a d lots of space to sprawl out. The chairs, cooler, little push car and beach cart were amazing to not have to bring. Our son loved all the beach toys and the push car. We would rent this place again next year!

Great Beach Getaway

The house is super cute and has everything you need for a great stay. Everything was very clean and orderly. The kitchen and dining space is perfect for preparing meals for a group and we really liked that the master suite was secluded upstairs with a little loft space. Just a short walk from the public beach access, although the rest of our group stayed at a beachfront property nearby so we used that beach access instead. This house was perfect for our needs. Thanks again for a great stay!

The beach house had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. My Japanese wife and her mother are clean freaks and they were pleased with the home. Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot. It's really a sweet, cozy place! We will absolutely consider renting it again.

3 Families have come together to pursue a long time dream. We all grew up in New Jersey. One family is from the Lake Norman area, and 2 families still reside up North.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property from the first step in the door. The home had character, and oh how we loved the views. Located on one of the last few streets on the island, the peacefulness is exactly what we were looking for. Sharing this home with my Mom and best friend is exactly how I imagined this story would begin.

What makes this property unique

This duplex was competed gutted when we purchased it. It was renovated with everything you could have imagined and more.
What a pleasure to be able to turn our vision into reality and truly make it our own. Not many people get a chance to start from scratch on a beach home. We feel truly blessed to create the home of our dreams and to be able to share it with you.
