Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in the washing machine. Strip beds and place used bedding on the floor next to each bed.
Turn off heating/cooling and throw away trash in the outdoor trash can before departure.
Ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please help us preserve the carpet by removing shoes and carrying luggage before going across carpeted area.

The entire house was clean, comfortable, supplied with the basics for a relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable and the house is well heated. The owners were very responsive to any problems. The house is close to shopping, dining, and a large park.

I love this neighborhood because it’s peaceful and just far enough from the city lights and noise to feel relaxing. There’s a family-friendly park within walking distance, perfect for getting outside, and at the same time you’re only a 5-minute drive from major retailers

This property is unique because it’s designed for both relaxation and promotes togetherness. The large backyard features a grill and eating area near the kitchen. There is outdoor seating, a firepit, and beautiful desert cacti to enjoy from the patio. Outdoor games keep the kids entertained, while the large outdoor TV lets adults relax, watch, or simply sit by the fire while grilling and dining. It’s the perfect setting to unwind, connect, and make lasting memories.
