Luxurious, Private Cabin w/ Hot Tub & Volleyball

Located just minutes south of the city of McCall. Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park, McCall Golf Course, Brundage Mountain Ski Resort, just west of Jug Handle Golf Course, and north of Tamarack Resort.

This magnificent cabin comes equipped with everything you need to unwind for a perfect getaway.

Relax on Brookdale Lodge`s 4 private acres with pristine views of the majestic Salmon River Mountains and West Mountain Range. Roast marshmallows and make s’mores over the fire pit, play volleyball on your own private sand court, grill in the outdoors on your choice of propane or charcoal grills, and soak in the surrounding beauty and view the stars by night from the private hot tub on the large deck.

Inside, on the main level, you`ll find a fully appointed kitchen with quartz countertops (second fridge steps away in the garage), a large main-level living room with a cozy pellet stove, large flatscreen TV, surround sound and `smart` blueray DVD player. The large master bedroom includes a luxurious, designer king-size bed and the master bathroom has tiled floors, quartz counters, a walk-in shower, jetted soaker-tub and a large walk-in closet. There are also two private queen bedrooms on the main floor that have access to a full bathroom. Upstairs you`ll find another living room/TV room that is a separate room and excellent for watching TV and for kids to play in as it has a Roku TV (smart TV) and an X-Box 360. In the large loft area there is also a pool table, additional couches and a foosball table. Lastly, there are two large family rooms; one has a queen bed and two twin over twin bunk beds and the largest bedroom has 3 queen bunk beds on the bottom and twin beds on top.

Guests love that they can bring their toys and trailers without having to worry about where to park them or turn large trailers around, as there is ample parking on the paved circular driveway and other designated areas around the cabin. If you enjoy mountain biking or golf, Jug Handle Ranch offers exceptional trails and an amazing course just 5 miles due east. Brookdale Lodge is centrally located a short drive to four local golf courses and is located a short drive from access to snowmobile, ATV and UTV trails. It is also situated midway between Payette Lake (McCall) and Cascade Lake (Donnelly/Cascade/Tamarack).

The entire cabin and property are available for guest use, except one locked cleaning closet in the upstairs game/living room.

Located 5 minutes south of McCall, this location offers beautiful panoramic views of all of the surrounding mountain ranges, Tamarack Ski Resort and Brundage Ski Resort. Four acres provides plenty of parking for all of your guests.

While it is only 5 minutes away from McCall, a vehicle is recommended while staying at Brookdale Lodge. There is year-round access as the roads and driveways are plowed in the winter.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
