The scenic shoreline of Lake Havasu State Park is an ideal place to enjoy beautiful beaches, picnic area, boat ramps and nature trails. The Mohave Sunset Trail (1.5 miles) winds its way through the lowland desert and along the shoreline and the Arroyo-Camino Interpretive Garden showcases the diverse life that exists within the park and this area of the desert. Oatman
Located on historic Route 66 the town of Oatman was born in 1906 as a tent camp and flourished as a thriving gold mining center till 1942. Burros roam the streets and can be hand fed. You'll discover gift shops, restaurants and gunfights staged on weekends.
