Close to the beach, beautiful parks and Aventura mall This area offers something for everyone. So many activities around this property. You have tennis courts. Swimming pool. A small convenience store just in case. A salon for last minute touch ups if a special occasion arises 1 parking space. Valet parking available as well Also a very nice health club to enjoy
What makes this property unique
Spacious sunny apartment! Full kitchen and very nice view from the balcony. Sip your coffee and watch the sunrise in the morning and sunset at night. Office space located downstairs if needed. Assistance from 9 till 11 via text or email. Many destinations near by. Gulfstream park racing and casino, Haulover Beach few minutes drive, Aventura Mall few minutes drive and plenty of restaurants even walking distance.
