Located right outside Fort Gordon and close enough to enjoy The Masters in April 2026. Short/Long term rentals for those PCS’ing in or just need time to house hunt. Located 2.5 hours to Atlanta, Savannah or Athens. Also nice drive to Helen or GA mountains. The house is located to many schools, shopping and restaurants.

Why they chose this property
Military station at Fort Gordon. Our kids attended middle and high school here. We decided to retire in this growing and safe town.
