Id recommend some new blinds as they are busted up abit n low privacy facing the street. You can hear the traffic quite abit but if you can toon that out then its good.Cleanliness was over all good.

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and everything was very clean. The one note is that the location shown on the listing/map didn’t match where the apartment actually is—it’s about a 10-minute walk inland and not by the water. That felt misleading, and I’d strongly encourage the host to correct the map/address so future guests can make an informed decision.Although it’s on the ground level (so we wouldn’t have wanted to leave a window open at night), the windows were pretty impressive and the space was very quiet. It’s a truly lovely ground-level apartment.

We had a great time. The space was perfect. We loved the pool and hot tub. If I were to complain, it would be that the trash can was broken in the kitchen (who cares) and that there is no water for the tub in the master. I did want a bubble bath after our day at the beach so that was a bummer. It’s okay though. I used the hot tub! Thanks so much!!!

Great Stay – Excellent Host, Amazing Location, and a Few Things to NoteMy friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property and would absolutely stay here again. Marcos was an excellent host—very communicative and made both check‑in and check‑out extremely easy. The apartment was spotless when we arrived thanks to the great work of the cleaning team.Parking was secure and covered, which was a big plus. The apartment was also stocked with thoughtful amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels, washcloths, and hand towels. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and we appreciated not having to buy basics right away—definitely check the cabinet before purchasing coffee or filters; there were several bags already there, and I left a large pack of filters for the next guests.The location was outstanding. It’s very close to the airport, a high‑end shopping center with a grocery store, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica. The building amenities were another highlight—access to a nice gym, pool, hot tub, and grilling area made the stay even more enjoyable.A couple of things to be aware of: the neighborhood can be noisy due to traffic, although foot traffic wasn’t an issue. The AC worked very well in the common areas, but the bedrooms got warm at night. Keeping the doors slightly open helped with airflow but didn’t completely resolve the issue. Also, several blinds throughout the apartment were damaged, and one bedroom’s blinds couldn’t fully close
