Please note that this is a city condo and Nashville is growing quickly! There may be some construction noise around the area. Also, there is an active train line next door that does make noise when passing. It's fun to watch and we do provide sound machines for light sleepers. The 2nd bedroom is a small nook area, but does have its own cool barn door to close off the room!

**Please note, the Host will collect a damage deposit directly, prior to your stay.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

We do not host locals, which includes anyone with a local phone number.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

Property and location felt safe and secure. Clean and fun room with Nashville iconic decor and amenities - nice touch with turntable and record albums featuring Nashville recording artists! We enjoyed the outside deck, view of the Cumberland River and watercraft traffic - barges and riverboat and small craft! My wife would normally prefer a scenic setting with trees and mountain ranges and maybe elk and birds of prey. But she really enjoyed the industrial setting along with its activity and the draw bridge was a surprising and intriguing bonus. Great, hassle-free experience!!!

Lovely place to stay overall!! The decor was great and everything was comfortable. All details were well thought out, so fun, and condo had everything we needed.We walked to Germantown area, but chose ride share for trips downtown. The neighborhood itself was a bit rougher. You can tell they are working on it. Just a few blocks away it was much cleaner and more developed.We especially appreciated the parking which was secure and spacious.
