The interior of the house is spectacular, and has 5 bedrooms, sleeps 14 in beds . 3 blocks to beach and 7 blocks to boardwalk in Wildwood Crest. Garage full of bicycles and beach chairs for enjoyment. ( Sorry-this family house is not available to adults under age 25, no senior weeks or prom groups)

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the furniture to the original placement. If you brought a dog, please clean up all dog poop. Please clean sand off of floors, pet hair from the floors, under furniture, and stairs.
Please turn off all air conditioning units EXCEPT IN AUGUST if the temperature is in the 80s. Please leave them on low setting for the next renters.
Please strip all of the bed linens and put them used bath towels in the laundry room. (not bedspreads or covers) If possible please wash at least one load of laundry on the morning of your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not allow groups under the age of 25
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture

Excellent! We loved the home it was perfect for our large family.The owners made our stay so easy with all the Amenities they provide, Bikes, BBQ, Beach Chairs, Beach Cart, Beach Toys, Washer, Dryer. Kitchen had everything and the Front Porch was amazing we spent so much time outside with our family.We had the best time and a wonderful Vacation!!!

House is accurately described a nice big porch for you to sit on when getting back from the beach and boardwalk. House is dated and a bit a dark on the inside but for a jersey shore vacation it easily housed 4 adults and 4 children.

Amazing property with so much character. Was perfect for a long weekend getaway with the family. Slept us all comfortably and a few minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Quick communication with the host.

This house is charming and the location is great, close to restaurants, shopping, boardwalk, and the beach. House is well stocked with basic necessities and amenities. Bring your own shampoo, bath soap, and lotion. Garage is well stocked with beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, lots of bikes and even a kayak). There is no beach umbrella so don’t forget to bring one. Really appreciate that it was dog friendly. We brought our 2 little dogs and the backyard was awesome. The outdoor shower made it super convenient to wash off after a day at the beach. Great communication with the owners.

Amazing location!! I arrived late at night to this location, around 11 pm but was still able to walk to the beach which was just minutes away. As for the actual house, it’s absolutely beautiful!! Incredibly well maintained and inviting, I loved every minute of it from the lovely porch with the rocking chairs, to the cozy bedrooms with big, comfortable beds. Overall, I would absolutely recommend it. This was my first trip to Wildwood and I had a blast!! It was very easy for me to not have to stress about most of the common stresses that come with traveling, as this house was very accommodating, as were the hosts who made it very easy to get in touch with them. Everything was close, most within walking distance which made it very easy to explore Wildwood.

House is a very old Victorian home that was very unique. It does though need some updating and repairs. Cleanliness was a concern for us, which it seemed to be lacking. We shared our concerns and issues with the hosts, who were very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed are stay very much even with the issues we had to deal with. We are considering staying there again possibly next summer.

We had a wonderful time with our family. We loved the location (close to beach and bakery), yard, porch and the outside shower. The garage filled with beach accessories, bikes and even a beach cart and wagon were SO convenient for us and so appreciated. The house was very charming and had plenty of space for all of us. House was perfect and would definitely rent again!

The house is in a perfect location. If you stay here, you won't need to drive the entire time. Very nice yard for pets. The shower upstairs was one of my favorite things about the house. The bathroom is so pretty and the water pressure is fantastic. Overall, a really nice experience for a beach getaway!

Convenient w/great back yard

Very pleased with our stay. The back yard and deck are wonderful. We cooked most of our meals on the grill. Great property for large family with pets and convenient to everything. Would stay again!

Lovely time in Lavender

We had a wonderful time at this home. It's very well maintained despite its age and you can tell there's a lot of love here. It's situated in a great location just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. It was perfect for our family and dogs.

Wonderful place for a large family.

First visit to Wildwood

We had a great time at the house. It was close to the beach, and easy to get to the boardwalk, a quiet neighborhood we felt comfortable in, easy access to groceries, and with a porch that we had great fun sitting on.

Best of the Crest

Can’t beat the location. Massive porch. Terrific outdoor shower, private, hot water, lots of hooks, bench, great water pressure. Kitchen had everything you would need. Rooms are good sized, house is in a quiet neighborhood. We had a mini family reunion and everyone loved the house. Thank you to our hosts!
