It is a gorgeous Caribbean style villa with swimming pool, offering magnificent panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and southern coast of Tobago. The accommodation consists of the 2-bedroom main house and one-bedroom apartment beneath.

A Caribbean-style split level villa featuring lovely cathedral beamed ceilings, teak hardwood flooring and ceramic tiles throughout. The spacious lounge and dining area are surrounded by three sets of double French doors leading out to a large breezy wrap-around veranda offering breath-taking ocean views. An ideal setting for outdoor dining while watching the cruise ships go by.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances. A unique 'barn door' leads to the wrap-around veranda allowing one to enjoy the scenic view even while preparing culinary delights!

The two air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper-level feature double French doors, each leading to small private balconies. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom and offers a spectacular view of the ocean. A second bathroom serves the other bedroom which features 2 twin beds. There is also a handy guest powder room. The laundry/utility room is conveniently adjacent to the bedrooms.
