A copy of all guests' passports is required before check-in, and a check-in form must be signed upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; a fine of AED 500 will be applied for violations. The property offers parking (B3-spot 209). Lost access cards will incur a fine of AED 500, and lost keys will incur a fine of AED 200. We are available 24/7 to assist you.
