*NOTE* The First Bedroom is connected to the living room in a large shared space (SEE PHOTOS). The Master Bedroom is separate and completely private. *NOTE* Guests will need to sign a short term rental agreement prior to checking in. *NOTE* This is Downtown San Diego, so this unit is in an urban area. The building is high end, as most buildings in the area. This area is safe and completely harmless, BUT there is a homeless crisis in San Diego. If at any point you feel uncomfortable with any homeless people in the area, here is a number you can call where someone will come and remove any homeless from the property: Clean and Safe San Diego Every one infant present during reservation counts as one additional guest/adult This is the ENTIRE UNIT! Not shared with anyone. Save $$$ from the hotels around here that aren't half as nice. NO PARTIES, no pets, no smoking, no extra guests... SEVEN PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO EXCEPTIONS!! H*Note* Your unit is located in a building on the new walking promenade on 5th Ave! The city has added poles in the ground to prevent cars from driving north or south on 5th Ave, so please plan accordingly. We will send you a map of all the cross streets and parking locations that you can access in the area. We are sure you will love the fact that you can walk to so many great attractions!
