Super easy check-in with helpful reminder emails and texts. The owners were always available, and the house was clean, welcoming, and exactly as advertised. We were in town for a family tennis camp, and the bedroom/bath layout plus the large kitchen/dining area was perfect. Great location—we even swam at nearby Wekiwa Spring! Washer/dryer and A/C worked great. A perfect trip—thank you for helping make it so memorable!

I had my family in town for my brother graduation and i couldnt have asked for anything more in this property. It was cleaned, plenty of room and very well put together to make sure your stay was comfortable. It was definitely more than what I expected. The location was also perfect. The owner called the day before i arrived which was a pleasant surprise and made sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend this property and I will definitely book again in the future.

This house is gorgeous! It was a slight shock coming in around 10PM and finding a pregnant bear in the yard, but exciting at the same time. The homeowner and her uncle ( who lives across the street) are absolutely pleasant and very accommodating! We hope to rent from you again!

Incredible family home - perfect for family gatherings

I needed a home that could comfortably accommodate 5 adults (including one couple) with enough space and privacy — this 4-bedroom house was perfect! It's centrally located, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with huge open spaces and tasteful decor. There are 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, plus an impressive amount of comfortable seating: a living room for 5, a den for 7, and a patio that easily seats 10. Dining space includes 6 at the kitchen table, 4 at the counter, and 6 more in the formal dining room — ideal for relaxed family time.The kitchen is massive, with the longest bar I’ve ever seen, and it's fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook — pots, pans, utensils, and more (just bring your own food and condiments). There are also two dedicated desk areas for remote work, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a luxurious master suite with a jetted garden tub. The long driveway easily fits 4 cars, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. I’d absolutely stay here again!

The house was good, everything was as expected. My only complaint is the entry/exit process. The door lock has a code that we weren’t given until the time we arrived at the house. We had already had a long day of traveling and were only frustrated when our instructions to press the doorbell and have the host give us the code. While waiting for about 20 minutes we tried calling and texting both phone numbers but got no response. Our frustration was only exacerbated the night before checkout when we got back after 10pm and our door entry code did not work. This time the wait was a little less but I got the same excuse of “we were driving and just pulled over to respond”. Other than that the house was great! Beds were very comfortable, there was a ton of space, kitchen was well-equipped, temperature controls were accurate, towels were soft, everything was clean. We didn’t realize the 23 miles to Disney would actually take 40-45 minutes, but that was on us. Would stay here again despite that. Thank you!

Great house with all amenities

While the outside of the house looks rather plain the inside has been redone, is very spacious and comfortable. The owners have taken care to ensure we had all we needed for cooking in the large kitchen area. Overall stay was perfect and we would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Longwood area.

Spring Break 2021 after 2 years

Love the location of this property. One main things about this property was close to major roads to travel to/from various parts of Orlando, grocery stores, major shopping, county and state parks, high reviewed restaurants, close to Hindu Temple who serves lunches/dinners on weekends, near Winter Park shopping and restaurants, and 70 minutes away from main beaches. We felt pretty safe within the neighborhood and surrounding areas. One things for sure is Florida drivers are very aggressive so be careful they don't have patience and like to cut you off. One main thing I loved about this property was three fruit trees in the backyard it reminded me of my mom's village in INDIA and overall feeling of being in secluded area but not far from the daily hustle. The host and managers was very responsive with your needs and overall stay. I hope to visit near future for Disney Parks. Thank you.

This was the perfect place for our family to gather and spend time together. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean, well-stocked, and roomy with lots of seating areas for visiting and playing games. Eve was so kind and immediately responsive to our questions and needs. This house is exceptionally well kept, clean and very comfortable. The only complaint I have is with the property manager, Evolve who never sent me check in instructions, only answer their phone with recordings refering you to the check in instructions and are impossible to talk to. Thank heavens the owners, Evelyn and Nildo are charming and very available.

Great Vacation Rental

My family and I enjoyed spending the week at this house and entertaining our family from the local area. The house was very spacious with multiple separated areas (we were able to separate the kids and adults when necessary). All of the necessary linens, dishes and cleaning supplies were provided. Again, it was very easy to step right into life on vacation with this rental taking away all of the stress of preparing and accounting for things needed to live for a week. Very impressed with the space and size of the master bedroom and bathroom. There were very few issues with the home. The only draw backs were having only one TV for the entire house and not having cable or satellite hooked up, water pressure and hot water were a little slow at times, and the master bathroom shower fixtures needed to be fixed. But seriously these were minor issues that did not affect our stay much at all. Thank you to the owners and manager of the property in taking care of all of our needs with this rental and providing great customer service.
