- A full bath is located on the first floor. Perfect for individuals who have trouble navigating stairs.

-Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook! Coffee provided
-Flat screen smart TV's in every bedroom; 50 inch one in the living area.
-Bait freezer
-We supply coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, bleach, all bed linens and towels (bath and beach)

The property can be rented nightly (2 night minimum on the weekend), so it is a great interim stop if your traveling through the keys or if your vacation time is limited! Dine in one of the restaurants located on the island or it's a short drive to Marathon with plenty of additional options! Rent bikes and explore the island! Pamper yourself at Calm Waters Spa!
