Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor, and facing the Greenbelt! This suite has been remodeled to include beautiful upgraded furniture, tile, cabinets, and more! Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).

Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

We are a pet friendly, smoke-free community.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.

Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Scottsdale Park Suites. The grounds are impeccable and there are always people working on keeping it up. The park behind the apartment complex is great for walking. We loved the pool and hot tub. The people staying at the complex were very nice. We felt safe. Our apartment was small but had what we needed for 2 people.

Wow, thank you so much for the great review! Our rooms are only 650 sq. ft., but we think they are much more cozy than a one room hotel room! We try to have each room stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. I am glad you had all you needed during your stay!

Great place to relax!

My husband and I enjoyed an extended weekend at the property. It’s close to everything, including the 14 mile park it backs up to. The pool is just the right temperature, and there are plenty of places to sit and lounge.
