House with 05 complete suites comfortably accommodating 20 guests (or up to 25 guests) with swimming pool facing Rio de Contas. Surrounded by nature with total privacy and comfort is located in residential neighborhood, within the city and near the city center.

All 05 Suites have private balcony, are large and equipped with TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar, bathroom with closet, hammock, table, benches, etc. Suites offer beautiful views of Rio and green areas with many trees, flowers and coconut trees. Each Suite comes standard with a double bed and can be installed up to 03 extra single beds.

The House offers Pool with night lighting, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kiosk, outdoor shower, garden with trees, flowers, coconut trees, tables, sofas and hammock, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, laundry area and ample parking. internal.

Prime location with panoramic views allowing for a special ecological notion and stunning landscape. Sunset is a special beauty differential. The Beira de Contas River is bathed by sea waters and near the mouth of the river, one of Itacaré's main sights. The river in its constant tides allows bathing, swimming, stand up paddle, kayaking, fishing etc.

The distance to the city center is 1,5km being 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes walking. The distance to Concha Beach by car is 4 minutes and 7 minutes to Resende Beach or Tiririca Beach.

The House is the ideal place for rest, comfort, privacy and tranquility: Unique and special moments in contact with nature are enjoyed. Hummingbirds, Sabias, Bem-vis, and other typical birds of the region color our vision.

Bed and bath linen are included.

Ok ! Bom custo benefício.

Lugar muito bonito, onde a natureza faz sua parte. Atendimento e comunicação rápida e educada , Funcionários super amável. A estrutura da pousada deixa a desejar , apesar de ter uma área grande , as edificações são antigas e precisa de mais cuidados . Sobre a localização? Apesar de não ser muito longe das praias , não gostei pois está localizado em uma periferia e acesso e bem complicado.
