Beautiful one bedroom, one bath completely remodel in one of San Diego's best neighborhoods. It is located one block away from Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo. Walking distance to Restaurants, Night life and much more....
And only five minutes from Downtown San Diego.
The Space:
Our place has a brand new AC unit that makes our home ice cold, there is a one-car garage and an outdoor patio with a table that seats five people. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit.
Getting Around:
Hillcrest is among the most walkable neighborhoods in San Diego with a neighborhood Walk Score of 87. Rideshare easily accessible. Many Bird scooters and bikes near by.
Other Things to Note:
Washer & Dryer are located in the garage which is accessible via the patio off of the kitchen. East to access!
Pet friendly, $99 per stay!

Hillcrest is a neighborhood in San Diego located northwest of Balboa Park. It is an accepting urban village with a small town feel. Hillcrest is known for its tolerance, diversity and locally-owned businesses including eclectic restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs and boutique shopping. Relaxation awaits in our beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit, with new updates, and 1-car garage. The living area is very spacious with sofa, large TV and great courtyard. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking. We provide coffee as well. A private patio awaits with beautiful fruit trees!
