About Stay Alfred
Hi, friend. Traveling can be such a grind, can't it? Plane rides wrinkle your limited supply of clean clothes. Hotel beds double as chairs for a cramped business meeting or family gathering. And the normal vacation rental closets bulge with other people's ... who knows what. Or worse yet, who knows who. There's a better way to stay. Located in our city's' most vibrant neighborhoods and desirable buildings, your Stay Alfred is your home away from home, where you can relax and recharge your batteries (figuratively, of course, but literally, too), invite family or colleagues to gather, cook a meal in your fully equipped kitchen and even replenish your precious supply of clean socks in your in-unit washer and dryer. And, the only thing you'll find in our closets are fresh linens and all of the kitchen conveniences you'd ever need. It's our mission to help you feel at home while you travel. Stay Alfred is… Your place in the city.

The unit was awesome except the road noise was ridiculous!! We didn’t sleep at all. Also both toilets were very difficult to flush, they both seemed like they would over flow at any minute. Floors were dirty too. I had to re wash my feet before donning socks after getting out of the shower. Gross!!! Other than that, the unit and location were great!!
Good place to stay!
It's better than expected! Got the whole suite including kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, full function apartment. Cannot ask for more!
Only issue was the water leak in the hallway by the elevators. The smell was terrible.
Great location, a bit awkward......
Excellent location and on the hotel side (Statler Hilton) great rooftop bar/pool and breakfast joint. This suite is on the 'residences' side, not the greatest entrance (through the garage). Be sure to read the instructions and check in with the Stay Alfred folks.
The suite was quite large and very nice to have 1.5 bathrooms, full-sized kitchen and washer/dryer.
However, feels like bare minimums to keep this unit functional (and Stay Alfred as well). The key box was down the entire time (not a big deal, desk had keys). The suite had some walls with torn/scuffed surfaces, tissue paper attempting to cover the fire alarm's flashing LED, area rug stained well beyond being useful or attractive. Window shades had minimal light-blocking ability, it's bright in the AM and we woke up early with the sun every morning. We had to call the Stay Alfred folks when we discovered our sheets were not clean (there is no turn-down service inherently, this was our first day). They corrected, but left a cleaning rag on the window sill? Just felt a bit 'minimal effort'. Stay Alfred gives you coffee packs (very good coffee) but when I asked for more they said 'this is not a hotel'. They gave us a couple more packs (after 2nd request) but I would suggest either provide coffee or don't, If you do, when guests request more simply have more for them (even if just at the Stay Alfred desk).
To circle back to the positives - great location, great price and spacious suite. Walking distance to the Dallas Farmer's Market, Deep Ellum and the greater Dallas Downtown area. Would stay again and it would be that much better knowing what to expect.
Definitely worth the price
The overall stay was pretty cool.... Well kept , cleanness was up to part , tons of space , nice view , and good food !!!!!! Didn’t to much care for the parking but will definitely come back again
The gem in downtown Dallas
I really enjoyed the place. It was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was amazing. I would definitely stay again.
