With a retro-inspired kitchen, cozy living spaces, a dedicated office, and multiple outdoor areas - including a BBQ grill and deck seating - this pet-friendly getaway offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and open-air living just 15 minutes from downtown.
This home blends laid-back Texas charm with a bright, stylish design. Large windows fill the open living area with natural light and frame views of the surrounding trees and open space. The leather sectional, mid-century chairs, and smart TV create a comfortable spot to relax after a day exploring Austin or the Hill Country.
The retro-inspired kitchen is both fun and functional, with a vintage-style refrigerator, generous counter space, and modern appliances for easy cooking. A central island offers bar seating, while the adjacent dining table is perfect for shared meals and game nights.
The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with direct access to the ensuite bathroom, where you’ll find a double vanity, walk-in shower, and freestanding soaking tub set against a dramatic stone accent wall. 2 additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a second full bathroom features a tub/shower combination for added convenience.
A separate office overlooks the property and offers a quiet, inspiring place to work or create.
Step outside to enjoy multiple open-air living spaces - dine on the deck, relax in the lounge chairs, or fire up the BBQ for a Texas-style cookout.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire main house, backyard and deck.
The studio above the garage is rented to different guests.
Guests do not have access to the garage.

The home is tucked away in a quiet, residential neighborhood of acreage lots, winding streets, and century-old oak trees. It’s a peaceful setting where you can hear the wind in the branches and spot deer wandering through the area, yet you’re just a short drive from Austin’s best attractions.
Only about 15 minutes from Downtown Austin, you’ll have easy access to live music venues, renowned restaurants, and cultural landmarks like Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool. Drive west and you’ll reach the Texas Hill Country in about 15 minutes, where wineries, breweries, and scenic trails await. Whether you’re in the mood for a day of outdoor adventure or a night out in the city, this location offers the perfect balance of nature and convenience.
There is a separate studio guest house on the property that may be occupied during your stay. Please be respectful of other guests.
This home is located in nature, which means you may encounter local wildlife.
1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT - Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.
2. PARTIES AND EVENTS - We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.
3. NOISE - Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.
4. BROKEN ITEMS - Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items that noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest`s stay.
5. NEIGHBORS - Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.
6. PETS - We allow only 2 pets at a time at the property. Please clean up after your pets, in the house, backyard and all exterior areas.
7. SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any evidence of smoking in the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.
8. VISITORS - Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.
9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING - Guests are to dispose of garbage, recycling and compost into the allocated bins.
10. SECURITY - Guests must ensure that all doors and windows are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.
11. FIREWORKS - The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $1,000 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
12. FIRE PIT - Use of the firepit is prohibited.
13. FIREPLACE - Indoor Fireplace
The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
14. PARKING – Please park in the driveway and pull up to the garage to allow studio guests to park on the grassy area to the right of the garage.
15. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS - Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests` stay. It is the Guests` responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the the Host`s ability.
The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool, washer and dryer)
*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.
16. TOILET - Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
