We had a 30 year reunion with 20 men and the house was perfect. We had plenty of room and the location was great. The kitchen had multiple refrigerators to store of our food/drinks and a large ice machine that was awesome. There was plenty of room for parking and a gas stationmarket and restaurantbar in walking distance. Highly recomended.

Perfect location, very will equipped kitchen, beach towels were provided which helped a ton! Had some elevator issues but owner sent someone to get it going again. We will definitely be back in the future, it’s perfect for our huge family!! Thank you for the best week!!!

We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach.Living room and dining rooms we spacious and very comfortable for hanging out.This beach house kitchen was very well equipped, dishes, utensils, pots, pans containers anything we needed.

This was the perfect house for my extended family. Between the large kitchen, pool, theatre room and game room, we had so much fun for Spring Break. Would 100% stay again, and again and again.

When you first see the property, it doesn't seem impressive. But upon entering, it's like finding a pearl in an oyster! We had a large family reunion with ages ranging from two to 77, and there were things for everyone! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the gathering area was large enough to accomodate all of us comfortably. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves here.

Absolutely wonderful stay. This house has everything a large group needs! From the pool table to the large living area to the spacious bedrooms, you couldn’t ask for more. Add the stunning views and beach access and it’s a definite winner!

Everything was just as pictured, clean and the linens were crisp . Plenty of utensils, plates, cookware.. 3 fridges to store all your food , 2 clean stoves , 2 dishwashers. The billiard room was a hit later in the day. The arcade games on the ground floor would be better used if located in the billiard room . The pool was clear and nicely heated as per our request. The theater room was amazing

Our families came to Ola Vista for our wedding. For each of us, it is our second wedding, so just had family and very close friends with us. The home itself is magnificent. Plenty of room for everyone-you never feel like everyone was on top of each other. You do not have to pack your kitchen or pantry, it is totally stocked. The ice maker is a game changer for beach trip/wedding. We never had to get ice the entire time we were there.We had our ceremony right on the beach in front of the house. Luckily we dodged Hurricane Isaias-it made landfall over in the panhandle near Destin. The outdoor space was perfect size for our group and for the party after the wedding. There is something to do for all ages. The game room with the pool table- video games- the pool off of the deck- the beach of course. The first view of the Gulf when you walk through the kitchen is breathtaking. Exactly as we wanted it to be. It was nice as the beach was not crowded at all. The location is perfect, we got to Florabama in about 20 minutes (I know it's offseason-during summer I'm guessing will be much longer).Tom was very good through the entire process in communicating and staying in touch-honestly-never have we had a host that was as quick in getting back to us or to answer questions. He was great!We would definitely recommend this house for anyone that has an family event or just a group of friends getting away to relax.

This house is amazing! We took 28 family members on my husband's retirement vacation for 7 days. It is just as beautiful as the pictures online. We never felt crowded. Plenty of seating for eating as a large family. The host was amazing! Communication was fantastic! Very quick response to any texts or emails before and during our stay. We used all 11 bedrooms with en-suites and they were all beautifully decorated, spacious and clean! The kitchen is so over the top! Three full refrigerators, 2 ranges and a big bonus an Ice Machine!!! The covered deck by the pool was great for anyone who didn't want to be in the sun. The beach access and view was a huge bonus! To sit out on the deck and drink coffee was a beautiful way to start the day! We plan on going back in 2 years when I retire. The house is PERFECT for a large family! Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for my family we were spread out so we didn't feel we were on top of each other. So much for everyone to do we had 1 full rain out day that we were stuck in the house but we watched movies in the theatre room and played pool and video games and board games. A few small issues but nothing that the owners didn't take care as soon as possible. Would love to make this a yearly trip with our family. If you ever think about selling it let us know.
