🔇 Noise

Please keep noise to a minimum at all times. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to be respectful of nearby neighbors.

📹 Security Cameras

For your safety, security cameras are located at the front and back entrances only.
There are no cameras inside the home.
Tampering with the cameras is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

🕓 Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM (you will receive the access code 24 hours prior to arrival)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out may be possible with 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

🚭 Smoking

Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may smoke on the back patio only. Please use the ashtray provided.
Do not dispose of cigarette butts in the bushes, grass, or landscaping.

🎉 No Parties or Events

We strictly enforce a no parties, no events, and no gatherings policy.
Violations will result in immediate cancellation and additional charges.

🧼 Cleanliness & Trash
• Place used towels in the bathroom
• Remove trash and recycling and place them in the bins at the front right side of the house (facing the street)
• 🟢 Green bin = Trash
• 🔵 Blue bin = Recycling
• A $20 fee per bag will be charged for garbage left inside the house
• Wash all dishes before checkout
• Check drawers and closets for personal items (we are not responsible for left belongings)

🔐 Locked Areas

Any door, closet, or cabinet with a lock is off-limits to guests. These are designated for owner storage and maintenance only.
Accessing locked spaces is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation and additional charges.

🔌 Lights, Electronics & Doors
• Turn off all lights, appliances, and electronics when not in use
• Keep front and back doors closed at all times for safety and comfort

🧴 Essentials Provided

We provide:
• 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom for every 3 days of stay
• 1 trash bag per 3 days
• Basic cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink

👶 Children

Children must be supervised at all times. Do not leave children unattended inside or outside the property.

👥 Guest Policy
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
• Base rate includes up to 8 guests
• A $35 per night fee applies for each additional guest after the 8th
(This helps cover extra cleaning, utilities, and additional supplies)
• All guests must be declared at the time of booking
• Any unregistered guest will incur a $50 per night fee
• We do not allow more than 12 guests on the property at any time

⚙️ Pool Equipment

Do not adjust or modify pool settings without our permission.
If you’d like to request changes, please message us between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
Requests outside of those hours will be reviewed the next day.
Unauthorized changes will incur a $50 fee per instance.
These policies are in place due to past incidents and help ensure your safety and the integrity of the equipment. Thank you for understanding!

🌡️ Pool Heater Policy
• The pool is equipped with a heater, which significantly increases energy usage
• $50 per night will be charged only on the days the heater is used
• Guests may turn on the heater 1 hour before use
• The heater must be turned off within 1 hour after exiting the pool
• If left on, a $10/hour fee will be applied for each additional unused hour

Please note:

• The heater raises water temperature gradually
• It may take 24+ hours of heating to reach 90–95°F
• The spa area may heat faster but still requires significant time and energy
• This is a residential system, not a commercial hot tub—thank you for managing expectations
