Enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Taneycomo from your screened in porch or take a stroll along the lake right behind your condo in this peaceful setting. Try your hand at catching a lunker Brown Trout in this premier fishery.

Or, the clubhouse and championship golf course is just a short walk up the hill. Golf Digest in January, 2010 named this 18-hole Pointe Royale course one of the top 5 "best, new redesigned courses that can be played for under $70". As our guest, you are entitled to a discounted golf rate!

Also at the clubhouse, enjoy the pro-shop, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, exercise room, and restaurant.

For top entertainment, our condo is only 5 minutes from Branson's famous "76 Music Blvd". This gives you easy access to all of Branson's shows, grocery stores, dining, and outlet shopping. Silver Dollar City is only a little farther via another road with less traffic.

Summer rates are peak season (May 1 - August 31). THE NIGHTLY RATE VARIES depending upon length of stay and time of year. Most of Branson's entertainment starts in March and ends with incomparable Christmas entertainment from November 1 until the end of December. Trout fishing on the lake is best in the winter and shop any time of the year.

This condo is a second floor unit with no elevator. There is a premium pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. High speed, secured WiFi/internet access is provided free of charge.

For a low cost getaway, TRY A WINTER ESCAPE to Branson. There are interactive museums, the new aquarium and restaurants and shopping. Also, enjoy the lakes or fish behind the condo from land. The heated indoor pool and outdoor hot tub are open and there is pickleball and golf. Some shows have limited engagements during January or February. Best of all, there are no crowds.

Wonderful location by the lake

Condo was just as described overlooking the lake. It is at the back of the property, quiet and serene. It was perfect. The condo is newly renovated, decorated nicely, beds are comfortable and all needs have been anticipated. We loved staying here. The Gibbs were very quick to respond to our messages when we had questions. The location is great, quick drive to where we needed to go...shows, Walmart, Hollister, Hungry Hunter😋😁. We would def stay here again!

Perfect location!

House is well-maintained and sits close to a creek. Coffee in the sunroom overlooking the creek, watching trout fishermen, and wildlife is the way to start a day. Location is nice and close to all the activities. Loved this place ! ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful Retreat

The condo was lovely...well equipped and comfortable! The location was perfect! My husband enjoyed time fishing, while I photographed the area. The area around the condo was very peaceful, but all the activities of Branson were just a short drive away. Couldn't ask for more!! Would love to stay here in the future!

We recently retired and moved back to Missouri after a 17 year absence. We have been married since 1970, honeymooned in Branson and have been vacationing here quite often since. We have 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren to enjoy. Our hobies include traveling and camping. Finally we stay active in our church and community.

Why they chose this property

For many years we have considered buying property in the Branson area. In 2017, that dream became reality when this listing presented itself. This is an amazing 3 bedroom unit that had everything we were looking for, and hopefully for you.

What makes this property unique

Nothing says outdoors more than sitting on the screened in porch (bug free) at sunrise, sipping a cup of coffee and listening to nature wake up along the edge of the lake. Then get a tee time at a very reasonable fee or trout fish. In the evening we enjoy Branson's variety of shows and attractions, and of course one day has to be spent at Silver Dollar City.

Traffic in Branson can be difficult at times. This unique community sits away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but not so far that it's a problem (about 5 minutes). Whether you're going to Silver Dollar City, downtown, or to northern Arkansas, your not far with an easy drive. Life is peaceful and safe in this gated and guarded community.
