This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood in Heber. The house was very clean and comfortable. The communication with the property owner was prompt. The game room upstairs was epic! Pool table, darts and basketball shooting game made it fun. The pool table was a huge hit with our teenager.

We chose the Forest Trails neighborhood in Overgaard because our family loves the peaceful setting among the tall pines. Each visit gives us time to slow down—whether it’s morning walks, spotting wildlife, or cozy evenings together. Forest Trails feels like a true mountain escape, and it’s become a special place for us to make memories.
