We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was clean and well stocked. Lakefront was lovely and morning coffee on the deck was a must every morning. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the house is amazing and the house was very comfortable. It had everything you need. Skylar was also very easy to communicate with. We would definitely go back again!

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The deck is awesome for watching sunsets and for views of the lake. The firepit is very nice and well stocked with wood. I wouldn't recommend the lake swimming for young children. The yard is beautiful and great for watching the abundance of songbirds.

An absolutely lovely property and a wonderful host. The kitchen is fully stocked and easy to use, including teabags and an assortment of condiments. Our host was very communicative and accommodating with any requests. All the appliances worked well, including the washer and dryer. The only reason I gave the property a 4 for cleanliness instead of 5 was due to dustbunnies under one of the beds when I had to go searching for an extension cord they provided in order to plug in a lamp! Otherwise very neat and clean throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to someone else.

This house is in a perfect location between Pultneyville and Sodus Point, two of the towns that have the most restaurants. Also close to several wineries and cideries.

What makes this property unique

We have a flat rock beach that is like the deck of a ship if you like to be one with the water!
