Outside appearance of property and the back porch all are great. When first walking in the front door, we could immediately feel weak spots in the floor of the single wide in various areas of the house, which felt like we were gonna step through the floor. One side of the house is central ac, and the kitchen side of the house with the second bedroom has only a window unit built into the wall, in which it does not circulate into the bedroom, along with no ceiling fan in that room, it gets pretty warm at times! Bedding seems to be clean, but had an odor to it all, and extra blankets felt damp. King Mattress in the master bedroom is rather old; and has what seemed like a 6in or more foam topper that definitely became uncomfortable by the middle of the night. House and Shower also needs a good cleaning, “adult entertainment” cards were also found on the couch, which would have been weird if a family with kids had found them instead of us… local train caused travel issues both days as well so plan your route ahead of time! Train would sit still on tracks for quite a long time. All in all it was a decent stay for the price.. but definitely expected more quality from a VRBO property.
