Hilltop Haven is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-d-sac. Relax, explore, and make lasting memories. We’re happy to host you. Your mountain adventure awaits!
The space
Hilltop Haven: The Perfect Family-Friendly Mountain Retreat
• Accommodations for up to 10 guests, and thoughtfully furnished spaces for all. Hilltop haven boasts two master bedrooms, with 3.5 baths. 2 Queen beds, 1 Full bed, and 5 twin beds all in 6 bedrooms.
• A beautiful front porch with outdoor seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening conversations. Backyard includes outdoor eating area.
• Family-friendly amenities, including a pool table, ping pong table, and plenty of room for gathering and entertaining indoors and out.
• A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and clean, modern interiors with newly refinished hardwood floors.
Your Mountain Adventure Awaits:
• Proximity to Asheville’s fine dining, active downtown life, and shopping. Multiple rooftop bars, Lazoom bus/Trolley tours, and art galleries.
• Two family-friendly microbreweries (Whistle Stop and Turgua) nearby. More microbrewies throughout the area.
• Iconic destinations like the Biltmore House, Grove Park Inn, and Blue Ridge Parkway.

All property except for garage, as well as parts of the basement (which will be locked). The largest part of basement houses the pool table and ping pong table along with mini fridge for lots of family fun.
Other things to note
Guidebook, welcome letter, and brochures for activities will be placed on a table in the (backdoor) foyer.
Extras that are available to guests:
- 6 pods of laundry detergent
- 6 pods of dish washer detergent
- 10 Keurig pods
- Condiments
- All linens supplied for beds and bath
- Pack-n-play
- Ironing board

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all towels and linens on main floor and place them in the garden tub in Bedroom 1. Place all linens and towels from upstairs in the laundry room.
If you are checking out on a Thursday please roll trash cans down to the bottom of the driveway for collection.
Return all thermostats to 65 degrees in the winter and 72 degrees in the summer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
