About this property

We are also welcoming families to visit us this Spring and Summer. Our rates are very affordable, while our condo has many great improvements that include 1 queen size bed, a commercial grade sleeper sofa, a new swivel rocker.new decorations and paint.. Be sure to see the information on all of our Top of The Gulf condos.

This 3rd. floor Beachfront condo at Top of the Gulf (TOG) on South Thomas Drive is located in the center of all the events and activities. We will do everything possible for you to have a great place to stay while enjoying the attractions and our beautiful white sand/emerald water beaches of Panama City Beach. We are a great place to visit.

The view from this third-floor unit is awesome. This condo features 1 queen bed , a queen sleeper sofa ,flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bath, and fantastic views of the gulf and our white sandy beaches. We also provide Free WIFI in the room and in-season beach chairs (March 1st till October 31st, ) Free Beach Service with reservation of two Beach Chairs with Umbrella which is an additional $25 daily value. Our condos are gulf-front with no streets to cross. All you see is beautiful white sand and emerald green waters. We manage our own units. The pictures that are posted are the actual condos. Easy check-in includes receiving a code after payment is received.

Top of the gulf is a private condominium with its own security, pool, seasonal snack bar, and a short boardwalk to the beach. We are located within walking distance of nightclubs, restaurants, and golfing. Other close-by water activities include jet-skiing, charter-boat fishing, para-sailing, kayaking, and moped/bicycle rentals. Pier Park is approximately 6 miles away and has wonderful shopping areas to include large department stores. There is also a variety of restaurants. Margaritaville is waiting for you.

So relax and come enjoy the great view overlooking the gulf and our beautiful white sandy beaches. We also have similar rates on our three other Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund for cancellations less than 60 days. However, you may be given another time to visit at the owner's discretion..There is an administration fee of $100 for all cancellations.

Weekend Away

Quick trip to the beach over the weekend. Really cute condo, close to the beach. Clean, great view. Host was very commutative, fast feedback from start to finish. We had a great time.

Nice people, and a nice condo

The weather didn’t cooperate with us while we were down on or visit but the condo was very nice, clean, and well kept. The only thing I wish was different is, there is no private balcony for the room. Although there are chairs along balcony overlooking pool and beach for community use.

Great place to stay!

The check in process was easy and the owner was great about answering questions. The condo was really nice and looks exactly like the pictures. The resort as a whole was very nice as well. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The only downside was that the A/C was pretty loud when coming on and the hot water didn’t stay hot for very long, but overall it was a great stay! I would definitely stay again!
