I do apologize for your experience. We strive for our guests to have a 5 star stay . I do wish you had reached out to us about any issues or concerns that you had . I had personally checked the apartment before your arrival. And unfortunately i didn't see any bugs. As far as the parking, you were the only guests that we haf that day . So , I'm not sure why you had a parking issue. I do believe this review is unfair .
