The space
The studio is located in the landmark Palm Beach Hotel, a place for classic, sophisticated, romantic clientele.

The Palm Beach Hotel is listed on the National Historic Registry. It was formerly a hotel, which has been converted into individual condominiums making each room different and unique. The building is almost 100 years old and quite charming. We hope you appreciate the old charm and it’s history!

Perfect for couples (even with an infant), business travelers or solo adventurers.

No car is needed as the property is located in a short walking distance of the beautiful beaches, shops and many fine restaurants. PBI is just 5 miles away.
If you do have a car, you can use the parking placard that we purchased for our guests and can be used for the duration of their stay. This parking placard offers FREE self parking on the streets designated by the town (please see a map in the property photos) and is about a block or so away. This placard will be retrieved from the front desk and must be returned to the front desk at check out. Lost, missing and not returned parking placards inquire a $250 fee, as we will have to file a police report and request a copy from the town and all this might take days and other guests can be affected. We are not responsible for any traffic tickets that you might incur if you self park and don’t respect the designated street.
The building offers valet service for our guests. The hours are 8am -10pm and the daily fee is $15. DISCLAIMER: valet services are a third party operating company, not affiliated with this vrbo . We are not responsible and liable in any way of their services. Please return the placard to the front desk when you check out.
Uber, Lyft and Circuit are options available in our area as well.


The kitchenette offers a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven and keureg coffee maker. There’s no stove or oven.
Laundry room on the premises. The lobby is available 24 hours for check in and key pick up.

Access to the pool is through the key fob given to you at check-in.

Check Out Procedure

Before check out, please take out the trash, and leave the used towels on the bathroom floor. Please lock the door and return the keys and the fob to the front desk receptionist. We hope you had a great stay!

Guests can access the beautiful pool, patio, tropical garden, lounge area and the Mezzanine library section.
Other things to note
There is currently ongoing renovations in the building. Our unit has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, and we are now undertaking further improvements to common areas. Construction work will take place Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

We understand that construction can be disruptive, and we sincerely apologize for any noise or inconvenience this may cause. We are committed to completing these renovations as quickly and efficiently as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
