Welcome to Gull's Rest – a bright and comfortable beachfront retreat in the heart of Mission Beach. This updated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home offers stunning ocean views, a spacious patio for outdoor dining, and direct access to the boardwalk.

The open main floor includes a cozy living area, flatscreen TV, and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, walk-in shower, and private balcony overlooking the Pacific. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk beds, toys, and games.

Enjoy boogie boards, sand toys, a two-car tandem garage, washer/dryer, cable, and WiFi. While there is no A/C, the ocean breeze and ceiling fans keep things cool.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean and has everything we needed! Tons of toys for the kids (indoor and beach!), beach chairs, umbrellas, baby gate and pack n play, everything needed for the kitchen, and so much more! We did have an issue with a bedroom light not working, the host had a maintenance guy out that day to look at it, while it couldn’t be fixed during our stay, they did get someone on it as soon as possible and were very responsive!At first I was a little concerned with the patio right in front of the living space not being ours, however no one in the units used them and it really needed up not being a problem!WiFi was a bit slow- however we had StarLink so we didn’t need to use the WiFi provided.The place was very quiet with other units attached. We’d occasionally hear footsteps from the above unit but never heard voices or even their kids (which made me feel better about my loud kids- hopefully they couldn’t hear them lol).Definitely a great place to stay off of the boardwalk, we can t wait for our next trip and will be hopefully booking the same house again!
