We're especially glad your son's graduation celebration and your stay overall went well. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration surrounding the check-in and check-out times. On our end, the reservation details showed a 4:00 PM check-in and a 10:00 AM check-out time, so we were surprised to learn that your itinerary displayed different times. We understand how this discrepancy would have been frustrating, particularly when traveling with a family member who uses a wheelchair and walker. When we noticed that check-out had passed, we sent a reminder message at approximately 10:11 AM and a follow-up at 10:30 AM after we had not received a response. Once you informed us that your itinerary showed an 11:00 AM check-out, we immediately let you know that it was not a problem and apologized for the misunderstanding. We also advised that we would follow up with Vrbo to determine why the times shown to you differed from the information displayed on our end. We never intended to make you feel rushed or disrespected, and we are sorry that this situation impacted your experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will continue working with Vrbo to better understand what caused the discrepancy so that future guests do not encounter the same issue.
