Perfect location.
The apartment is charming and in a beautiful and convenient area with a beautiful view but in the afternoons it gets very hot but we would consider renting and going back to those apartments when we visit Medellin again
I would definitely recommend these apartments.

The apartment is nice and my stay was fairly comfortable, however there were just a few things which
The apartment is nice and my stay was fairly comfortable, however there were just a few things which I wasn't fond of. 1.) The host is management company which requested several documents from me prior to my arrival such as my passport and I even had sign a temporary lease. I haven't had to do this in the past (even when visiting colombia), however it was explained to me that the mistery of tourism requires this information.
2.) While the check-in time was 3:00PM, the apartment wasn't ready until 4:00PM. I did tell the host that we would arrive at 4:00PM, however if the check-in time is at 3, then I would have expected the apartment to ready at 3.
3.) There isn't any air conditioning in the apartment. Medellin doesn't get very hot, so I guess it's not needed, but I guess, being from the states, we're accustomed to it. An oversight on my part, I didn't look carefully to see if there was A/C prior to booking.
Overall, the apartment is nice, it's got two floors so there is some separation of space. The location is nice, there is a pharmacy close by, and several restaurants at the bottom floor of the building. There is a mall across the street and it's about a 10 minute cab ride from the lleras park.
