THE SPACE:
Glengrove is a 3 bedroom characterful family home in a terrific quiet location, walking distance to all amenities the district has to offer.

• 2 carpeted bedrooms, the main with built in robes and bedroom 2 having free-standing robes. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a double, Bedroom 3 has 2 singles. • Pets are welcome but must remain outside. There is both a garage and outdoor toilet for undercover areas to keep your pet overnight.
• The full, updated kitchen has modern appliances, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top, and ample cupboard space. Basics supplied - oil, tea, coffee. There is also a barbeque in the rear yard to cook up a storm!
• Adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan dining/informal lounge and through double period glass doors is the formal living room - this faces east and is a great spot for a coffee in the morning sun! • Small but functional central bathroom, with shower, vanity and toilet, and second toilet in the laundry space.
• There is a separate study (with desk/chair/computer monitor) and Wifi provided. • Separate laundry at the rear of the house (with washer, dryer and foldable drying racks). • Two smart TVs. • Ducted heating throughout. Split system a/c in the living area. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
• All linen/bedding/towels provided, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. • The high ceilings and original features throughout give this home a very traditional feel.
• Ample parking off street via the long side driveway. Please note our street and those surrounding the home are permit parking only at all times - there is a visitor permit available for your use.
• Secure rear garden for the children to play or for pets. High chair, toddler table/chairs, a selection of toys/books, infant bath, portacot and linen all provided.
• In a fantastic area, transport is at your fingertips, along with great shops and cafes.

This is a great location with everything you need in moonee ponds within walking distance. Also an easy walk to the train tram bus for an easy trip to the city. We really liked the location. The house itself is comfortable and certainly good value. The Host John was excellent to deal with.
